I am contributing to nps for a long time and i need to check all my contributions online but when i am trying to set my pin online its showing me as pran not found in database.

Please check once and let me know the updates or you need more information.

    I am getting "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime." when i am trying to pay and not allowing me to login for nps contribution through online. Please resolve it.     Also, is it possible to make payment through net banking of other bank, than the one that is mentioned during registration?

      I open an atal pension yojana (Apy) and contribute regularly. But i unable to track my contribution. So, while i trying to create ipin, system shows an error massage 'pran not found in database'. Please resolve the issue as early as possible or send my ipin password to my mobile no. Or email id.         My acknowledgement number is 11833319 and the acknowledgement date is 29/03/2019. When i try to complete pending registration, i get the message "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after some time." i am getting this message for the last 10 hours.
        So what can i do now because i don't have any pran number to login nps or to contact help desk? I can't able to create another account.

          I paid the money and the money got deducted from the bank as well. But it showed "failure" at the nps site and when i try to login again the message shown is "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime." can you please fix this issue at the earliest?

          The issue was resolved in 2 weeks.
          My Acknowledgement Number is 11813783 and the Acknowledgement Date is 19/03/2019. When I try to Complete Pending Registration, I get the message "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime."

          I have been try to process eNPS payment. However on both the occasion had problem during the payment.

          I have again raised a grievance on the portal

          Just for information purpose, I need to know in how may days does the payment gateway error resolve itself without raising any enquiry or grievance on the portal

              I am col sreenivas. m. i have joined nps through sbi edappally branch ernakulam, kerala. i had been intimated through sms that my pran card had been despatched. however i never received it. on checking with bluedart courier they intimated that it had come to them but returned it undelivered. th ey have not intimated it to me on mobile. even i could have collected it, had they informed me. they could not give any particular reason for it. the pran card sent to me has been returned to originator without delivery by bluedart courier. my pran no is[protected]. advise further action in this regard.
              This has reference to the query/grievance raised at “Consumer Forum”.

                My name is Broja Mohan Thakur, DOB 05.02.1955.In the yr 2010, I opened my NPS a/c in ICICIC BANK KOLKATA BRANCH (22.R.N.MUKHERJEE) My PRAN No is[protected]. I AM NOT GETTING NEITHER LUMP SUM NOR PENSION, ALTHOUGH I AM 60 YRS OLD. Have complaint to CRA & ICICI BANK(Upto MD level).CRA informed that ICICI BANK which is my POP & POP SP has not raised any claim on my behalf, ICICI BANK MUMBAI has started sending me mail & have done all jobs with my Kolkata ICICI BANK, as per instruction of MUMBAI. I WANT TO INFORM YOU THAT, I AM A RETIRED PERSON, HAD DEPOSITED 6.5 LAKHS WITH NPS, THEN WHY WHY WHY I AM NOT GETTING MY PENSION. So either Bank or NPS is at fault.In the Month of August 2014, I recd mail from CRA that a Cliam ID has been initiated in NPS against my name, Claim ID [protected], upon receiving had contacted RN Mukerjee road ICICI BANK, branch the lady named ms SHAGUFA NASREEN, who could not help me.(I have nothing against her, it is the duty of Branch Manager to see that designated person knows his/her job & doing job properly).My a/c in that branch was opened in the yr 2005, during last 10 yrs I never seen any body in the cubical where it is mentioned MANAGER.This was my first shock that bank can not do my job while giving cheque she could take, of course deposited same an my NPS a/c.She was helpless about how to get my money back from NPS.She reffered me to Park street ICICI SECURITIES, they also could not help me .FOR ALL THESE REASON I AM FORWARDING THIS MAIL TO MD OF ICICI BANK, FOR HER TO SEE HOW A SENIOR CITIZEN IS HARRSED BY HER WELL REPUTED BANK. On 01.11.2014, I made a claim on net, Ack no[protected].On 23.02.15, I sold my house & shifted my residence, as well as Bank Branch (I had same a/c no which was given while opening NPS). So on 24.04.2015, I filled a form no 301, with supporting documents like new address & new bank a/c details.TILL NOW NOTHING HAPPENED.IF NOT GETTING PROPER FEEDBACK THEN WILL APPROACH HIGHEST AUTORITY.THIS IS NPS, I FEEL VERY VERY VERY SAD, THE WAY NPS IS WORKING.ALSO ABOUT ICICI BANK INDIA;S NO 1 BANK.BOTH OF ARE SHAME TO INDIA Tks & Bgrds B.M.THAKUR
                When enter PRAN number to set password it says please enter valid PRAN.I have PRAN card also. Please clarify what is the reason?

                  i am investing in NPS through ICICI direct for last 2 years. when i tried to reconcile my transactions in NPS, was shocked to realize that 3 debited amounts from my bank account have not been updated for months in my NPS account. In spite of my repeated reminders to ICICI direct as well as PFRDA , no update other than "looking in to this" has been shared with me. I feel like taking up this issue to social media and highlight these anomalies in NPS and ICICI direct to as many people as possible, so that everybody is cautions about NPS and ICICI direct.
