Nptel — Payment failed and money deducted

I was registering for my NPTEL Exam on the course Fundamentals of AI, i had reached the OTP STAGE and I had typed the OTP sent on my mobile number. As soon as i clicked okay, it said payment failed and i got a notification that money had been deducted (rs.1000). PLEASE HELP. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
