Nptel — Payment failed, but money deducted

I have paid for a course through UPI to
swayam nptel. Which, after the process showed payment failed, but money were deducted.
I had paid the second time to the same course, which was successful.
But the first payment which was failed has not been refunded yet.
Its been many Days
Requesting for a fast refund.

Did you perhaps pay through a QR code to " IIT Madras bd education"? Dealing with the same issue at the moment. Any updates on the refund for the unsuccessful payment?
