[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — amount debited in my account but transaction failed

Dear sir/madam,
I applied for pan in nsdl online on[protected], and made payment of rs.115. Amount debited from account and transaction failed it shown in the nsdl website. Kindly help me to get back lost amount. I verified in consumer complaints and faqs in those it was mentioned that these issues can be resloved in 2-3 working days. But not yet resloved. Kindly look into my issue
