I logged to NSDL website for reprint of my PAN card as the photograph on my PAN card has faded.
It took me whole day fill the information online. For two hours I kept trying but it kept on saying " Please fill in correct captcha" when every time I was filling the correct one.
The customer care support told me to use Internet Explorer. I did the same and got Temporary token no.
Then the documents were not uploading. I again called customer care. The person was not able to open on his side also using my temporary token no.
Then by God's grace, the documents uploaded after 1 hour or so.
Next it got stuck at payment. The payment gateway page is not opening since yesterday. It is coming blank.
I complained again today and was assured that they would raise complaint and get it rectified by 6 pm.
I just tried it at 8.30 pm and it is same. Wrong captcha message is still there in chrome browser. Payment is not happening in Internet Explorer.
This is the condition of Digital India. Now I will have to pay Rs. 300/- to an agent and get it done.
Tell me who is responsible foe flourishing of agents and corruption. Work of Rs.106 will get done in Rs. 300/- ?
