[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Documents reported as not valid for changes in Father's name in PAN card

I am trying to correct my wife's Father's name on her PAN Card.
I tried to upload the support documents in reply to the Discrepancy letter.
But as soon as the documents are uploaded the status changes to "document(s) is/are not valid. For details contact TIN Call Center at[protected]."
I have provided the Passport copy and Matriculation certificate as proof. What else is needed?
The Acknowledgement Number is [protected]
Please help.
