I tried for e-kyc/e-sign process 4 to 5 times every time i received an otp but system displayed the msg that your request cannot be processed now try after some time. When i finally got the right page and submitted the otp the system returned with msg that you have exceeded the otp regeneration limit your application cannot be processed through e-kyc/e-sign proceed with physical submission. I am applying from saudi arabia and just because of the faulty system i have to suffer... What to do?
