[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — E-pan physical copy error

I applied for physical copy of my digital PAN card in december 2021. They didn't deliver it yet. I re-apllied for the physical copy of my PAN card today, and it failed, after paying the fee, the process failed showing the message "Your request cannot be processed.Please try after some time using returing user option in Login page". Then I changed my browser and re-applied for the PAN, it still showed the same error message. I want refund of my 214 rupees.
