Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — enps registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. please try again after sometime

My acknowledgement number is 11791439 and the acknowledgement date is 06/03/2019. When i try to complete pending registration, i get the message "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime." i am getting this message for the last 3-4 days. Pl. Help to get resolved this error.

My pan card ackonwledge no .Is n-[protected] .Delivery accepted within 10 days but that not recived yet and velexl shipment person not come and he say two time door close found they provide poor service customer service contact number are recived, i think change tat shipment contract appont another for better service
