Hello,

I am trying to register for a new nps account.

Acknowledgement no[protected]
Acknowledgement date - 08/01/2020

Its been more than 24 hours and i am still displayed with the following message:

"registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime."

Can anyone help me complete my registration please, so that i can proceed with payments?

Comments

After the payment when it is prompted for otp, i am not able to receive that otp on my phone or by email.

I have tried it several times, loging in several times but still did not received otp
