I am also tired of contacting nsdl customer service number 020 – 2721 8080.
Buts its 24*7 busy. Please hel me.

NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response Income Tax database shows that you may have already been issued PAN in your name. We are following up with ITD for earliest resolution.
