I wanted to apply for PAN for my sister. But I faced a problem because she had all her documents with the First name and Initial attached to it. But online PAN application was not accepting the format.
So, I tried submitting a query on url- https://www.tin-nsdl.com/customerfeedback.html . I was able to fill in all the fields but I was not able to SUBMIT. Nothing happens, and the page does not proceed when we click on 'SUBMIT'.
Following this, I tried calling on the NSDL Toll free number and also the Call Centre number. Despite trying several times to call on both the number, I could not get in touch with the customer care executive even once.
I cannot find any other way now. I somehow want my query addressed. Only then I can proceed with my sister's PAN Application. Please resolve the error on the website so that people can post their queries. People have the right to have their queries answered.
If not, have a call-back mechanism on the call centre, so that people who have been trying for 2 months on the number and still unable to get through can be helped.
