Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Interest not received for SGB and Government Bonds

Hello Team,

I owns two government securities. When I have checked the bank account statement, I found that I am not receiving regular interests. The interest for Sep'22 and Mar'23 still not credited and these has been purchased via. HDFC Securities.
Last interest credited was in Mar'22 and Apr'22.
