[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Invalid user ID message while trying to login

Hi,

I am trying to login to nsdl site (https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/) using my pran number. However, the system throws an "invalid user id" error. Though I have been contributing to NPS, I am not able to access my statement online using my pran.
I tried to reset the password but getting the same error.

Kindly help.
