[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — issue about refund of money

Sir/mam

I had filled pan form online on nsdl website to change my name on it.
I filled all the details which were asked on the form and then it asked me to pay money, i payed money through net banking, the payment was successful but suddenly a prompt came and it said that your money will be refunded and again please make a fresh payment and i did so hoping that my money will be refunded but it's not yet.
But my money is still not being refunded.
My permanent token no. Is :- [protected]

Hoping that you will take quick action and do the same that's written above

I Wrote An E-Mail To NSDL But They Didn't Take Any Action But With The Help Of This Website It Got Solved.
