[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — money deducted for failed payment

Hey this issue is regarding payment for my pan application token no. [protected]. First i payed on a payment link of nsdlzcpaytm that got failed then i payed again and payment got successfull.. Hence my application was processed but i was charged twice for a single application please refund my failed amount of rs 106.9 to my payment source.. As otherwise it won't be a good experience here for me. Following is the payment charged details statement on date 15/09/19
