[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — money got deducted no refund till now

Recently i tried to update my pan and paid 107 rs i got the message that money is deducted from account but on the nsdl website it says make a fresh payment your money will be refunded till now my money is not refunded back
