[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Money not credited to my NPS account[protected]

I was making a contribution of 50 thousand to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment gateway today (Dec 13th, 2021) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my CITI bank account but not credited to my NPS account[protected]
