I open a APY account and money has been cut every month. I haven't received my PRN kit because of my change of address. So if I try to open the NPS app with PRAN number it will show as the ' PRAN number is not in data base', due to this I am unable to access my APY. Kindly help to resolve this problem as Soon as possible and provide my password if possible.
