[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — My refund

I paid my pan card fees but after payment is successfully done they said to authenticte your adhar card but when i click on authenticate button it not working so i want my refund back Rs 106 . My UPI Refrence no is[protected]
