Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — National Pension Scheme - PRAN not found

Hi

I have created the tier - 1 NPS account yesterday 18.06.2022 02.59PM and PRAN was also got generated. But while setting IPIN or while login, I am getting error as PRAN not found in database. Also the grievance has been registered.

Could you please help me with this as I'm not able to access the NPS portal or mobile application.

Not sure whether the query was red by your end or not, I have clearly mentioned grievance 10940281 has been registered. Anyhow issue has been resolved, kindly close this thread
