[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Non credited refund amount for failure of PAN registration

I had applied online for pan registration, by i choosing e-kyc option and every steps goes ok but verification failed due to link failure and time out of the process. . But still my money rs 117.35 has been deducted from my account and not credited till date.
