My name is Gaurav Kumar Choudhary. I am an undergrad student and an adult. As an adult I decided to apply for the pan card on 10FEB which is one of the essential documents for each citizen. So, yesterday after I applied and filled in all my credentials. After that I paid the asked amount and it was all successful. But when I tried to authenticate my AADHAR I didn't receive any OTP on my registered mobile number of AADHAR. I tried several times and continued the process but I failed to receive any OTP on my number. After that I closed the website with a view that I would be able to do it some time later. But next time when I filled the required credentials to Login into the REGISTERED USER section I wasn't able to LOGIN properly and received a message saying-"Please Enter the Valid Details."
I had filled all my details correctly but didn't receive any mail on my EMAIL ID. Nor did I receive any verification code on my mobile phone number which I gave to get it registered for PAN. Please look into this matter as this is very essential aprt of my life.
