[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — not able to login via - https://cra-nsdl.com/cra/

I am trying to access my details for apy, via nsdl website. While trying to login at https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/ using pran number it says 'pran not found in database'. Also, it does not allow to reset password.
And, due to the same i am not able to link this apy scheme in to my umang app. Request you to kindly do the needful and revert with a feasible solution.
