[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Not getting refund after Pan Card failed status.

I do not get refund from NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure.
Applied for Pan Card on 28 November, because of some issue the process after transaction is failed so the message come on my screen that your amount (Rs 106.90) get refunded on 7 working day, but I won't get my refund.

DOB = 31/03/2001
Please help me for the refund.
