I have a nps swavalambhan account through my lic agency. However, i am not able to login to my account nor i am getting my statement, which used to come earlier. When i tried to open throuh the pran by saying forgot password, its saying ivalid pran. Every month my contribution is going to my swavalambhan account[protected]. Tried to login to it many a times. Is it because its through my company that i am not able to login? I have all rights to get it to my mail or mobile. If it is not resolved i will have to file a case in consumer court.
