I have a complaint regarding payment For "Change in details of PAN Card". I paid ₹106.90/- and the transaction was successful but still nothing happened and an error occurred that request could not be processed.

Hi i paid to change my name details in my card and the money got deducted on the 4th of August and still i haven't recieved any acknowledgement number or update about my pan card here's the image i have of my transaction please look into it and refund my money back thank you - Dale
