Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Online process incomplete in name correction in pan card

I am here to complain about my online application form has incomplete while its mostly last step of my name correction in pan card. I have successfully paid 106 rupees through upi payment from mobile phone.In website the last page is not refreshing and my application remained without complete. Please help me in this matter immediately. Thank you.
