[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pan allocated is invalid.

I received the mail stating " Dear Sir/Madam,
The Income Tax Department takes pleasure in informing that the Permanent Account Number (PAN) allotted to you is:
XXXXXXXXXX
and the e-PAN is enclosedherewith..."
But when I try to use it somewhere it says incorrect PAN.
I have done e-KYC. So no need to submit physical documents right?
And when I check the status it says "Sorry, no record found."
Please look into this..
