On, enquiry, for several times, over phone & via e-mails, insisted only on ack. No, which is not known to me, inadvertently

Nsdl had encashed dd of rs.110/- dt.07/07/2017 drawn on o. B. C.. However, insisting only to know ack. No, to know the status of application.

Please advise.
