Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — PAN Card application lending from last 45 days

I applied for change in PAN Card on 12 June and still haven’t received my PAN Card.I have also physically surrendered the second PAN Card allotted to me. Kindly revert back with a solution since it’s been a hindrance to my activities

Kindly be informed that your application have been marked for core duplicate resolution by Income Tax Department (ITD), so we request you to kindly contact local Assessing Officer (AO) and surrender the additional PAN.

according to information provided by my local NSDL Offices PAN Card was physically mailed to you via consignment number-ED769187573IN on 18 June 2022 at your office situated at 4th Floor, Mantri Sterling, Plot No.341, Survey No.997/8 near Deep Bungalow Chowk, Model Colony, Pune.
Recently I was asked by the income tax department to show them THE PAN CARD so kindly mail it back to me at the address mentioned on the envelope or the address to which PAN card is registered. All the postage charges will be borne by me but kindly do it at your earliest since it has been a major issue for me
