Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — PAN card not delivered but status showing delivered

PAN ack number-[protected]

PAN card status showing as delivered in courier portal but same is not delivered, i have tried to contact them many times but they are not even picking the calls.. this is very poor service, please check and help to deliver the PAN card as soon as possible.

this is one of the govt ID and this courier service provider is not at all professional why are why still keeping this service ?
