Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — PAN card payment failed but amount debited and not refunded 2 times

PAN card payment done by using UPI 2 times but the site is showing payment failed, but amount is debited and still not refunded. First time payment done at 21:51 hrs on 9 June, 2022, and second time payment done at 22:10 hrs on 9 June, 2022. Both times, paid the amount of 106.90

Pls refund as soon as possible so I can continue with my application for PAN.
