[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Pan card returned undelivered however it never came to me

I had applied for pan card online in feb 2017 but have not received it yet, and when i check pan card status online it shows pan card returned undelivered.
My details and pan card details are as follow -

Permanent account number (Pan) : cpypb2026q
Please re-send the pan card to g-572, gama-2, greater noida, gautam budha nagar u. P.
