Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Pan not received. no answering of phone calls

Since two months now I have applied for PAN for my daughter. She is 17yrs. I made this through online PAN agent. I sent all the document required to this agent by speed post. The Pan is still not approved ( Representative assessee details not given for minor. . The agent neither pick up the call nor his office is open. Agent mobile no [protected].

I have not received the Pan card as it was already processed on 23rd October. Please find the ack details.
