[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Payment deducted but no update given by the site regarding it

I paid 106.90 Rs. for my PAN card application form token no. [protected] via Paytm the amount got deducted from my bank account transaction id 0094626647120420221026361649739396025 as per NSDL site but the site did not show any payment done or approved screen and stopped working and when I relogged in it took me back to make payment screen.
Hoping for an early reply.
