[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Payment deducted but website error led to application failure - Refund Requested

Hi,

Payment was deducted for token ID [protected] twice (2 attempts) but both attempts failed with different error messages. The third time the application was successfull with the exact same details as the first two times.
Requesting refund for the first two attempts because it was due to website error.
