I applied for reprinting/rectification in my Father's PAN card using NSDL e services.
I updated all the details and made the payment using PAYTM UPI on 16-Oct-2021 at 22:01 UPI ref:[protected], once payment was debited from my account, I got the error that I need to try again.
After trying again the request was successfully accepted but payment was deducted again from my account on 16-Oct-2021 at 22:12 UPI ref ID:[protected].
Need to claim the chargeback against the amount deducted twice for same service.
