I amresh. Applied pan card through kyc - e - sign using the temporary token no [protected] for my mother. When i paid through sbi netbanking the amount deducted twice of amount. 117.35rs and 116.20rs date 26/05/2017. The amount is deducting but the application form is not moving forward. What is going on with this type of reckless behaviour towards customers. I want my problem to be resolved soon else i'll take legal action regarding it.
So i need refund as soon as possible. Hope so you will resolve the problem.
