Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Payment failure 3 time - Money got debited but not refunded

I filled pan update application. Whenever I made payment, it got debited but shows error: "Your Previous payment request has been cancelled.Your Money will be refunded back. Kindly make another fresh payment"
