[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Payment for failed but money debited. | |||
I applied for a new PAN Card on NSDL website. After submitting the application, I was asked to make a payment of ₹106.9 to further proceed with Aadhaar authentication. So I used Paytm payment gateway and paid with my debit card and the money got deducted. But when the page redirected me to the nsdl website, it showed that the payment has failed and that the money will be refunded back soon. I'm yet to recieve my money back. All they did is ask for contact details but never called me after that. After two days, I recieved an SMS from my bank which says NSDL has refunded the amount back. NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
