[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pran no. not found in database, not account statement received

I have a nps account started on[protected], when i tried to found my pran details on nsdl official website it is showing pran no. Not found in database, although i have received only 1 annual statement on 2011, after that i have not received any account statement nor i'm able to find my pran details on website.
