Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pran not found in database error - 18-may-2019

Hi, i got the pran allocated by icicisecurities but when i try to login to https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/ it says "pran not found in database". I am not sure should i proceed with contribution or not.
Please note that i have received pran allotment letter in icicidirect portal but not allowed to do any transaction there as well. So i am neither able to contribute myself nor i can ask hr to contribute from my basic salary. Please help in early resolution.

Got to know that supreme court has recently changed the rules for the builder - buyer agreement. What are the new changes? How is it beneficial for the buyers?
