[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — PRAN not found in Database - Tried reaching out customer care

I have created NPS account around 4 years ago and deposited some amount in NPS account. I am unable to access my NPS account now. Tried contacting NSDL via customer care number[protected], But, it says PRAN is invalid.
