Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — pran number is showing invalid on e salary

Sir my pran number is[protected] is showing invalid in esalary account please resolved it as i am getting problems in getting my salary.
But when i login through pran & password they show status as active.
Kindly do the needful so that i can easily get my salary by linking esalary account with pran.
