[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — PRAN number not found after registration

I have registered and did eSign in the NPS, however while generating iPin I am getting the error message saying PRAN number not found in DB .

I tried contacting over phone too(did not connect), and also filing the grievance form but same there too .
