[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Problem in resetting password for login

My pran account no.[protected]

I have tried many time but unable to reset my pw. Alway the website show any of messages like catch is not correct, details not found, captch only numeric, bla bla...

I have tried the no.[protected], but alway as usally govt lines alway busy???

Can you guys help me or is it a penaty or fault on our part to open nps account!!!
