[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — re apply pan card

I have re applied pan card on 1.5 years before . but still i didnt get the card.
customer care executive are saying, your name & your father name are same.
i have submitted all the docs My Aadhaar & my father's Aadhaar, Saying that My name & my grand father name is name.

Still they are saying, your name & father name is same.

Bad luck continues

Kindly visit designated TIN-FC /PAN center and submit your pan application using biometric (finger print)facility.your online pan application fee will be refunded within seven working days. Please refund my fee as soon as possible.
