Dear sir i filled the form of opening the pan by online through physically. Transaction is suceesfully by debit card. But by mistaken. I haven't send enclosures through by courier or post and send only online. So dear sir plez refund me of 110 rupees. Form no:49a acknowledgement number:n-[protected] transaction reference number - jsm[protected] bank reference number-322369 so i request you sir to refund me of 110 rupees in my debit card.

Updated by Abk111286 Before this transaction i tried pay online through debit card transaction is sucessful of 112 rupees but con firmation from u that error or failure in authentication process.so plez refund me 110+112 rupees .the token number of this is [protected]
