I have applied e-pan card in NSDL website, i have filled everything in that online form and at last in the payment process 71.90 rs have been deducted but it said payment failed try again. I did this for three times on 10/12/2019, in paytm transactionn id is S11535178 and M1646102 and M1641989 these are three transaction id. The refund doesn't happen still today i need information about that transaction id and Kindly proceed for refund to my same account. I have attached the transaction id number in three different file.
